Return Policies
If the product you receive fails to meet the description on our product page or is different in any way to the product you ordered or you find it to be defective, please send us an email with a description of the problem and we will replace or refund your purchase depending on the situation.
Please note that ScarlettJayne will not refund or replace soiled nappies or products that have been damaged after they have been shipped from us.
