| Purchases must be paid for within 3 days of date of invoice. If payment has not been received within 3 days, on the 4th day we reserve the right to cancel your order and return item/s to stock.

Please contact us if you are having trouble paying and need more time, we will be happy to extend your payment deadline within reason, BUT we must be contacted by you to arrange this.

| Custom orders must be paid in full before any sewing commences. If you choose to cancel your order after sewing has begun, all monies except the deposit will be refunded to you.

| Layby is available as a payment option. We require a 10% deposit, and regular payments. Laybys are held for a 12 week period. Contact us at sales@scarlettjayne.com.au to make a layby or any further inquiries.
